What happened to TV Time

TV Time closed on 15 July 2026. The app was removed from the App Store and Google Play, tvtime.com went offline, and users were told to download their data through TV Time’s GDPR export before the deadline, as their watch history would be deleted.

Look for the .zip file TV Time sent you — often a download link emailed after you requested your data. Inside there’s a file called tracking-prod-records-v2.csv; that’s your watch history.

Import your TV Time export

  1. Open haveseenGo to haveseen.tv. You can try it without an account.
  2. Choose Upload → TV TimeOn the Upload page, pick the TV Time card.
  3. Drop the .zipDrop the whole export .zip — no need to unzip it. It’s read on your device and never uploaded.
  4. Review and addCheck the list of shows and films and add them. Posters, episode guides and details are filled in automatically.
  5. Create an account (optional)Sign up free to keep your list safe and synced between your phone and computer.

Comments, reactions, badges and TV Time’s social features aren’t imported — haveseen is a private tracker.

Didn’t download your data in time?

TV Time’s data can’t be recovered after the shutdown, but you can rebuild most of your history quickly: import your Netflix viewing history and Prime Video watch history, then use “Up to here” in each show’s episode guide to tick off everything you’ve seen in one go.

Questions

Is haveseen free?

Yes. Importing and tracking are free, and a free account syncs your list across devices.

Is my TV Time export uploaded anywhere?

No. The .zip is opened in your browser. Only the shows and films you choose to add are saved — to your browser, or to your account if you’re signed in.

Which file do I need?

The .zip from TV Time’s data export. If you’ve already unzipped it, drop tracking-prod-records-v2.csv instead.

Does it work for anime I tracked on TV Time?

Yes. Anime is imported with the same season and episode numbers you had on TV Time.
